5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Gloovi is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping once the product has been handed to the carrier. Customers experiencing shipping issues are encouraged to contact us at support@my-gloovi.com so we can assist in resolving the matter with the carrier where possible.
  • Tracking information, when available, will be provided by email once the order has shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact support@my-gloovi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Certain items (e.g., final sale, personalized, or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.
